Refund Policy
1. Policy Overview
Due to the nature of our products—instantaneous delivery of non-returnable digital licenses, game keys, and e-books—Greys Store LLC generally maintains a Strict No-Refund Policy on all digital purchases.
2. No Refunds for Digital Goods
By completing a purchase on greysstore.com, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing a digital product (activation key, software license, downloadable file).
Once the product key or file has been delivered to your account or email, the sale is considered final. We cannot verify if a key has been used or a file copied after delivery.
3. Exceptions (Refunds or Replacements)
We will consider issuing a full refund or a product replacement only under the following verified circumstances:
Non-Working Key: The key/license provided is proven to be genuinely invalid or non-functional upon first activation attempt.
Technical Failure to Deliver: If a clear technical error on our side prevented the key/file from being delivered to your account or email within [SPECIFY TIMEFRAME, e.g., 24 hours] of purchase.
4. How to Request an Exception
To request a refund or replacement based on the exceptions above:

Required Proof: For a non-working key, you must provide verifiable proof, such as a screenshot or video clearly showing the activation error code on the relevant platform (e.g., Steam, Xbox, Microsoft).
5. Review and Resolution
All requests are subject to review. If we confirm the key is invalid or an error occurred, we will first attempt to provide a working replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
