Greystore is responsible for the fast delivery of digital goods after payment (to the specified email address as well as to the buyer’s personal account on our website). Please note that for products such as unique activation codes, PIN codes, prepaid cards, and similar items, quick unconditional refunds are not possible, as the sold unique code becomes compromised once delivered.

Funds received from sales are not immediately available to the seller and are held in the seller’s internal account for a period of 3 to 15 days, depending on the seller’s verification level.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to non-compliance with the product description, product malfunction, or non-delivery, please follow these steps:

1. Access your purchase page via the link in the confirmation email or from your personal account on the Greystore website.
2. Leave negative feedback by going to the “FEEDBACK” section, selecting “Your Rating: BAD”, and clicking “Save Feedback”.
3. Use the “CHAT WITH SELLER” feature to discuss the issue directly. This chat allows you to attach images, documents, and archives if necessary.
4. If the seller does not respond within 72 hours or the dispute reaches a deadlock, contact the Greystore support team at support@greystore.com with your order details.

Our administration will review your appeal within 72 hours and investigate the dispute. If the decision is in your favor and the seller’s account contains sufficient funds, Greystore will initiate a refund. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and may take up to 5 business days.

If the decision is not in your favor or the seller’s account has insufficient funds, you may escalate the matter to your payment provider (bank, payment system, etc.). In such cases, Greystore will cooperate with the payment processor or acquiring bank to provide all required case information.
